Eugene L Smith provides community service thru membership in Dearborn Outer Drive Kiwanis and as in appointed member of Dearborn Recreation Commission. Mr Smith has also served on various Boards with his local church and is the Charted Organization represented for the church sponsored boy scout troop. Mr. Smith has also been a registered high school sports official since 1968.
